HOA/ Commercial Mapping

RMA employs two methods to HOA/commercial mapping depending on the client’s needs.  The first method is to utilize an aerial photo or existing plans to establish a base plan.  RMA uses this base plan to walk thru the entire system and document the approximate location of all valves and controllers.  From this walkthrough, RMA documents all valve numbers and the type of planting area the valves irrigate.   The second method is to utilize the latest survey grade GPS from Trimble to record all valves and controllers.  All recorded points are downloaded into AutoCAD and are used to produce an extremely accurate valve and controller map.
